Also, because New Jersey SREC values are greater than anticipated, they are on track to pay off their project loan faster than they anticipated and use the additional income to benefit their day to day operation costs.

This medical office building complex has been enjoying their electrical power from this 1700 panel roof ballasted array through a Power Purchase Agreement. The system utilizes US Made Solyndra modules for power production. This module has a cylindrical design which captures reflected sunlight off of the roof surface and does not require the additional load of ballast blocks. The building owners are in their second year of operation and enjoy a reduced electric rate for the solar power. Power Purchase Agreements typically provide the building owner with a 30-70% reduction in their cost of power.
